These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Property Owner", or "Consumer") and Mendhe Brothers Enterprises (Legal Name: Bhushan Jagdish Mendhe, Type of Business: Proprietorship, Proprietor: Bhushan Jagdish Mendhe, GSTIN: 27JMIPM5974C1ZK, Registration Type: Regular, Registration Date: 30/09/2026, State: Maharashtra (code 27), Additional Places of Business: None), having its registered office at C/O Shri Tejram Gopala Mendhe, Arjuni Mogaon, Landmark: Near Hanuman Mandir, City/Village: Arjuni Morgaon, District: Gondia, State: Maharashtra — PIN Code: 441701.
By engaging our services for site survey, procuring solar hardware, approving system designs, or authorizing us to submit applications on the PM Surya Ghar National Portal or state DISCOM portal on your behalf, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Mendhe Brothers Enterprises undertakes end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, including:
- On-site structural and electrical feasibility evaluation.
- Customized system engineering (3 kW, 5 kW, 10 kW+ on-grid rooftop solar systems).
- Procurement and supply of Tier-1 DCR/Non-DCR solar panels (Waaree, Adani, Eastman) and high-efficiency grid-tied solar inverters.
- Mounting structure assembly using heavy hot-dip galvanized (HDG) or anodized aluminium structure with stainless steel fasteners.
- DC/AC cabling, earthing chambers (copper-bonded/chemical earthing), and lightning surge protection (SPD/LA).
- Preparation, submission, and liaison for net-metering inspection and commissioning.
Under the central renewable energy initiative in Maharashtra, residential consumers may be eligible for a Government Subsidy of up to ₹78,000 for residential rooftop solar installations.
- Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT): Subsidies are disbursed directly into the consumer's Aadhaar-linked bank account by the government via DBT; Mendhe Brothers Enterprises does not retain or deduct government subsidy amounts.
- Mandatory DCR Requirement: Subsidy is available exclusively on systems utilizing Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) compliant solar panels manufactured in India, as per MNRE guidelines.
- Timelines & Processing: While our team completes documentation, geo-tagging, and meter installation inspection promptly, the actual release of subsidy funds depends on government budgetary cycles and portal verification schedules.
- Consumer Obligation: The customer must ensure their electricity connection name, Aadhaar card, and bank account name match identically to avoid portal rejection.
To ensure flawless installation and maximum electricity generation, the customer agrees to provide:
- Unrestricted access to the installation rooftop during agreed installation hours.
- Adequate shadow-free rooftop area (approx. 80–100 sq.ft. per kW of solar capacity).
- Sound structural integrity of the roof or building to safely bear mounting structure load and wind pressures.
- Continuous electrical power and clean water access during construction and for subsequent panel cleaning.
Mendhe Brothers Enterprises manages technical feasibility reports (TFR), work completion reports (WCR), and coordination with division offices across Gondia and Maharashtra.
The physical replacement of the unidirectional energy meter with a bi-directional net meter is performed by authorized utility personnel. We expedite scheduling and testing, but cannot be held liable for administrative DISCOM delays beyond our operational control.
All rooftop solar installations executed by Mendhe Brothers Enterprises carry robust manufacturer and workmanship warranties:
- Solar Panel Performance Warranty: 25-Year linear power output warranty provided directly by Tier-1 OEMs (Waaree Energies, Adani Solar, Eastman Solar), guaranteeing at least 80% generation efficiency at year 25.
- Solar Panel Product Warranty: 10 to 12-Year material and manufacturing defects warranty by OEM.
- Grid-Tied Inverter Warranty: 5 to 10-Year standard manufacturer warranty.
- Workmanship & Installation Warranty: 5-Year comprehensive installation workmanship warranty provided by Mendhe Brothers Enterprises covering DC/AC cabling, mounting tightness, and earthing continuity.
Warranty Exclusion: Warranties do not cover damage caused by unauthorized structural alterations, external mechanical strikes (e.g. falling trees or construction debris), or severe natural disasters.
All prices quoted by Mendhe Brothers Enterprises are transparent and inclusive of hardware supply, transportation, structural fabrication, earthing, installation, and net-metering liaison, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the written estimate.
- Milestone Payments: Standard contracts follow agreed stage payments: advance upon contract signing, balance upon delivery of panels/inverter to site, and final retention upon net-meter commissioning.
- Zero Down Payment Solar Loans: For customers opting for bank loan financing, disbursal is executed in coordination with the lending bank as per bank sanction terms.
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather phenomena (cyclones, earthquakes, unprecedented lightning strikes), government lockdowns, or grid failures on the transmission line.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gondia, Maharashtra.
